# Daemon Data > Daemon Data publishes pay-per-record data APIs as Actors on Apify Store (https://apify.com/data_daemon). Each API reads a public website's own JSON endpoints or pages, returns structured records (JSON, CSV, Excel), charges only per record returned, and can be called over REST, from Python/Node.js, in n8n/Make/Zapier, or by an AI agent through MCP (`https://mcp.apify.com/?tools=data_daemon/`, header `Authorization: Bearer `). Maximum 50 searches. countryCodesarrayOptional two-letter office country codes, for example FR, ES or DE. Several values match any of them. Covers the France-focused public WTTJ board, including its jobs abroad; not the separate Otta/US/UK matching inventory. locationsarrayOptional case-insensitive substring match on public office city, region or country. Accents are ignored. Several values match any of them. Applied locally within the source search window; use countryCodes to narrow the source search first. contractTypesarrayOptional: FULL_TIME, TEMPORARY, INTERNSHIP, APPRENTICESHIP, FREELANCE, VIE, PART_TIME or OTHER. Several values match any of them; other filter groups are combined with AND. remoteModesarrayOptional: fulltime (fully remote), partial (hybrid), punctual (occasional), no or unknown. Several values match any of them. This is the source designation, not a promise that applicants can work from any country. languagesarrayOptional two-letter posting language codes such as fr or en. Several values match any of them. companySlugsarrayOptional company URL slugs, for example webnet or elis-france. Several values match any of them. These must be slugs, not display names. salaryCurrencystringOptional three-letter currency such as EUR. Filters on disclosed currency, not salary size. Jobs with unknown dates are excluded when enabled. Applied locally before fetching descriptions. includeDescriptionbooleanRead each public job detail endpoint for description HTML, plain text, candidate profile, recruitment process and public company metadata. Off returns search listing data only. Same price per delivered job. maxJobsPerQueryintegerMaximum delivered jobs per keyword, after filters and exclusions. Default 20. 0 means up to the source maximum of 1,000 accessible hits per search. Narrow broad searches with country/company/contract filters. maxJobsintegerGlobal delivery cap across keywords. Default 20; 0 removes this cap but the per-keyword and 1,000-hit source windows still apply. Set a maximum charge in Apify for a spending cap. skipJobIdsarrayOptional output id, sourceId or dedupKey values. Excluded jobs are skipped before detail requests and are not charged. Suitable for a database or spreadsheet containing jobs you already have. onlyNewSinceLastRunbooleanRemember delivered job IDs in a persistent named key-value store. Later runs with the same state name return unseen jobs. Skipped jobs are not charged. First run is a baseline capped by maxJobs; later runs may fill older unseen backlog. Memory expires after 120 days and retains at most 50,000 IDs per feed. stateNamestringOptional stable name for an only-new feed (maximum 120 characters). Same name shares memory across tasks in your account; avoid overlapping runs. Leave empty to derive a name from the search filters. Change the name for a fresh baseline. Price $0.0008 per job ($0.80 per 1,000); $0.001 per run. List prices for Apify Free and Starter plans; Scale and Business plans pay 15% to 30% less. Use role or skill words; put cities in locations. Several specific keywords beat one broad one. A job found by two keywords is saved and charged once. allJobsbooleanIgnore the keywords and deliver every job IIMJobs lists in the posting window: a full-board feed for job aggregators and market tracking. IIMJobs posts about 170 jobs a day (measured 26 Oct 2026). Uses postedWithinDays (the last 3 days when empty), locations, experience and maxJobs; the per-keyword cap does not apply. Combine with Only new jobs since the last run for a daily feed of every new job. You can also put * in the keywords. locationsarrayOptional. Cities as IIMJobs lists them: Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Gurgaon, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Remote, Anywhere in India. Case-insensitive substring match on the job's listed locations; a single known city is also applied server-side for speed. Integer 1-365, e.g. 1 with a daily schedule or 7 for a weekly report. Leave empty for all open jobs. includeDescriptionbooleanOn (default): full description as HTML and plain text, plus the company profile. Adds $0.002 per job. Off: listing fields only, at half the price, which is enough for counting jobs or sizing a market. maxJobsPerQueryintegerStop a keyword after this many new jobs (default 40). Cost: $0.002 per job plus $0.002 per full description, so 40 jobs with descriptions = $0.16. Raise it for full exports: product manager alone has about 4,000 open jobs. maxJobsintegerHard cap on saved jobs for the whole run across all keywords (0 = no cap). onlyNewSinceLastRunbooleanOn: deliver only jobs that an earlier run with the same stateName has not already delivered, and skip the rest without charging. If postedWithinDays is empty it is set to 3 so each run stays small. Off (default): return every matching job. stateNamestringOptional name for this search's memory when onlyNewSinceLastRun is on, e.g. pm-bangalore-daily. Leave empty to derive it from the keywords, locations and experience filters. Use a new key to start over. skipJobIdsarrayJob IDs you already have (the id field from earlier runs). Is there an official IIMJobs API? No public one. This Actor reads the JSON that the iimjobs.com website itself loads and exposes it as a REST API with schedules, webhooks and only-new-jobs runs. Which roles does IIMJobs cover? Management, consulting, finance, CA/CFA, sales, marketing, HR and MBA-track roles at Indian and global companies, mostly 2 to 25 years of experience. Does it return the full job description? Yes, as HTML and plain text, plus skills, applicant and view counts, salary in LPA when disclosed and the AmbitionBox company profile when one exists. Why is recruiter.name null? IIMJobs shows recruiter names only to logged-in users. The Actor keeps the recruiter's designation and does not work around the site's choice. Company name, domain and profile are always included. IIMJobs vs Naukri: which should I scrape? IIMJobs is curated mid-to-senior management, finance and consulting hiring. Naukri is all levels. For CXO, VP, CA/CFA and MBA roles, IIMJobs has far less noise. Can I get IIMJobs and Hirist jobs together? Yes. Hirist.tech Jobs Scraper uses the same output schema and the same onlyNewSinceLastRun mode, so one pipeline handles both boards. Do I need a proxy or login? No. Alternatives, honestly OptionWhat it gives youWhere it falls short for this job IIMJobs website and recruiter dashboardSearch and email alerts for a logged-in userNo export, no API, no applicant counts in bulk Other IIMJobs Actors on Apify StoreSimilar scraping of the same boardCompare fields (salary, AmbitionBox profile, only-new mode) and price per 1,000 Build your own scraperFull controlThe board's JSON endpoints change; you maintain pagination, de-duplication and scheduling Published by Daemon Data (data_daemon on Apify Store). Use role or skill words; put cities in locations. Several specific keywords beat one broad one. A job found by two keywords is saved and charged once. allJobsbooleanIgnore the keywords and deliver every job Hirist lists in the posting window: a full-board feed for job aggregators and market tracking. Hirist posts about 140 jobs a day (measured 26 Oct 2026). Uses postedWithinDays (the last 3 days when empty), locations, experience and maxJobs; the per-keyword cap does not apply. Combine with Only new jobs since the last run for a daily feed of every new job. You can also put * in the keywords. locationsarrayOptional. Cities as Hirist lists them: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Remote, Anywhere in India. Case-insensitive substring match on the job's listed locations; a single known city is also applied server-side for speed. Leave empty for all of India. minExperienceintegerOnly jobs whose experience range reaches at least this many years. Integer 0-40. maxExperienceintegerOnly jobs whose experience range starts at or below this many years. Integer 0-40. postedWithinDaysintegerOnly jobs posted in the last N days. Integer 1-365, e.g. 1 with a daily schedule or 7 for a weekly report. Leave empty for all open jobs. includeDescriptionbooleanOn (default): full, untruncated description as HTML and plain text, plus the company profile. Raise it for full exports: data engineer alone has about 3,400 open jobs. maxJobsintegerHard cap on saved jobs for the whole run across all keywords (0 = no cap). onlyNewSinceLastRunbooleanOn: deliver only jobs that an earlier run with the same stateName has not already delivered, and skip the rest without charging. If postedWithinDays is empty it is set to 3 so each run stays small. Off (default): return every matching job. stateNamestringOptional name for this search's memory when onlyNewSinceLastRun is on, e.g. python-bangalore-daily. Leave empty to derive it from the keywords, locations and experience filters. Use a new key to start over. skipJobIdsarrayJob IDs you already have (the id field from earlier runs). They are skipped before any detail fetch and never charged. Large lists are fine. sitestringKeep hirist (default) for IT and tech jobs. Set iimjobs only for management, finance and MBA jobs from IIMJobs.com; the output format is the same, and the dedicated IIMJobs Jobs Scraper documents it. Is there a Hirist API? Not a public one. This Actor reads the JSON the hirist.tech site itself loads and exposes it as a REST API with schedules, webhooks and only-new-jobs runs. Is Hirist.tech real or fake? Hirist.tech is a legitimate Indian tech job board owned by Info Edge, the Naukri group. Every row links to the original posting, so you can verify it. Can I filter by city and experience? Yes: locations, minExperience, maxExperience and postedWithinDays. A single city is passed to Hirist's own search; several cities are matched on our side. Does it return the full job description? Yes, as HTML and plain text, untruncated, plus skills, applicant and view counts, salary in LPA when shown and the AmbitionBox company profile when one exists. Why is recruiter.name null? Hirist shows recruiter names only to logged-in users. The Actor keeps the recruiter's designation and does not work around the site's choice. Company name, domain and profile are always included. Hirist vs Naukri? Hirist is tech-only and every posting carries skill tags and an experience band, which makes it cleaner for skills analytics. Naukri is broader and noisier. Can I get Hirist and IIMJobs jobs together? Yes. IIMJobs Jobs Scraper uses the same output schema and the same onlyNewSinceLastRun mode, so one pipeline handles both boards. A 500-job site with details costs $2.00; the same site without details costs $1.00. Does Oracle Recruiting Cloud have a public API for job postings? The documented Oracle HCM REST API needs customer credentials. Public career sites load their jobs from an unauthenticated candidate-experience endpoint (/hcmRestApi/resources/latest/recruitingCEJobRequisitions), which is what this Actor reads, with the same filters the careers page uses. What is the difference between Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion and Oracle Recruiting Cloud? Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is the suite. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) is its recruiting module. The public careers page is called Candidate Experience, which is why the URLs contain CandidateExperience. Does it read Taleo or Workday sites? No. Taleo is Oracle's older, separate ATS and Workday is a different vendor. This Actor covers Oracle Recruiting Cloud (oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience) sites only. Other hosts are skipped with a warning, not an error. Why do I see several sites (CX_1, CX_1001, CX_45001) for one employer? Tenants keep backup, campus and alumni sites. Use the one in the table above, or the one your browser shows on the employer's careers page. Oracle's own retired CX_1 still answers, but the live site is CX_45001. Can I filter by city? Yes. Cities and states are matched against the site's own location filter (for example LONDON, United Kingdom on JPMorgan Chase or Dubai, United Arab Emirates on Marriott). If a site only lists states, as Kotak does, the Actor matches the city against each job's location text instead, and only matching jobs are charged. Which companies use Oracle Cloud HCM career sites? Thousands of large employers: banks, hospitals, universities, manufacturers, retailers, hotel groups and governments. Their career pages live under oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/. It costs $0.003 per ipo report row with the default options ($3.00 per 1,000); no login to the source site, no proxy, no browser, and the same input runs from the Apify console, one REST call, Python, Node.js, n8n or an AI assistant through MCP. Daemon Data India IPO Tracker API on Apify   Listing as plain text Checked on 18 Oct 2026 A live GMP report had about 50 rows (every upcoming, open and recently listed IPO), the calendar about 30, and the year-to-date subscription, IPO-list and listing-performance reports about 280 to 300 rows each. The default run (GMP plus calendar, about 80 rows) costs about $0.25 and finishes in under 30 seconds. Why teams use it Two sources joined for you. GMP and subscription come from different public IPO reports. Every record carries the same stable slug (e.g. paras-healthcare-ipo), so you can join reports without fuzzy name matching. Mainboard and SME in one feed, with ISIN, BSE scrip code and NSE symbol on subscription, IPO-list and listing-performance rows for joining to your security master. Cheap to poll. Ready-made example pages Saved inputs you can run with one click on Apify (Examples tab); each has its own page: Live IPO GMP today (mainboard and SME): Today's grey market premium for every upcoming, open and recently listed Indian IPO, with status, price, lot size, subscription and key dates. {"reports": ["gmp"], "category": "all"} Live IPO subscription status (QIB, NII, Retail): Live subscription multiples (QIB, sNII, bNII, NII, Retail, Employee, Total) and application counts from BSE/NSE for every mainboard and SME IPO of the current year, from the first day of bidding through listing. {"reports": ["subscription"], "category": "all"} Upcoming IPO calendar India: Every mainboard and SME IPO of the current year with status (upcoming, open, closed, listed), open, close, allotment and listing dates, price and lot size, plus the day-by-day IPO event calendar for the coming weeks. {"reports": ["currentIpos", "calendar"], "category": "all"} SME IPO GMP today (grey market premium list): Today's grey market premium for every upcoming, open and recently listed SME IPO in India, with issue price, GMP in rupees and as % of issue price, subscription multiple and open, close and listing dates. {"reports": ["gmp"], "category": "sme"} IPO GMP vs listing price tracker (GMP accuracy history): How the last grey market premium compared with the actual listing price for recent Indian IPOs: issue price, last GMP, estimated vs actual listing price and listing-day gain, mainboard and SME. {"reports": ["gmpPerformance"], "category": "all"} Questions buyers ask How much does it cost to get Indian IPO GMP and subscription data? The default run (live GMP + calendar, about 80 rows) costs about $0.25 at $0.003 per row. A GMP-only poll is about $0.15. Full IPO detail pages cost $0.015 per IPO. How often is the data updated? Every run reads the sources live. Schedule it every 30 minutes during IPO bidding hours for a near-real-time feed. Does it cover SME IPOs? Yes. Set category to sme, mainboard or all. Every record carries category so you can also filter afterwards. Can I get past years? Only for gmpPerformance (GMP vs listing price), which has full history per calendar year through the year field. The other year-scoped reports are published by the sources for the current calendar year only, so past years return just a few rows. Do I need a proxy or login? No. The sources answer plain HTTP requests, so runs finish in seconds. What happens if a source is down? Reports that cannot be fetched are logged and skipped; the run still succeeds with whatever was collected. Only when every requested report is unreachable and nothing was collected does the run fail with a clear message, so your webhook can alert you. Is there an official foundit API? No public one. This Actor reads the JSON that the foundit.in website itself loads and exposes it as a REST API with schedules, webhooks and only-new-jobs runs. Does it return the full job description? Yes, as HTML and plain text, plus skills, industries, functions, applicant and view counts, salary band when disclosed, the company profile and the direct apply URL. Why are so many salaries and experience ranges null? Most postings on foundit are syndicated from employers' career sites without a salary or stated experience band. When the recruiter hides a salary the site does too, and the Actor keeps it hidden (salaryHidden: true). Filter on salaryHidden: false and non-null salaryMinLpa for benchmarking. Is foundit the same as Monster India? Yes. Monster India was renamed foundit in 2022; the site is foundit.in and the data is the same board. All input fields FieldTypeMeaning queriesarrayOne Instahyre search per item, matched against job titles and skill tags, e.g. python, react, data science, devops, product management, java developer. Put cities in locations. A job found by two keywords is saved and charged once. Leave the list with one item for a quick first run. allJobsbooleanIgnore the keywords and deliver every open Instahyre job: a full-board export for job aggregators and tech-hiring trackers (12,724 open jobs on 26 Oct 2026). Instahyre has no date filter, so combine it with Only new jobs since the last run: the first run exports the board and later runs open only the jobs they have not delivered. locations, company size, job type and maxJobs still apply; the per-keyword cap does not. You can also put * in the keywords. locationsarrayOptional. Cities as Instahyre lists them: Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, or Work From Home for remote roles; regions such as South India and about 300 smaller cities also work. Several cities = any of them. Common alternative spellings (Bengaluru, Gurugram, Bombay, Remote) are mapped; an unknown name is ignored with a note in the status message. Leave empty for all of India. minExperienceintegerOnly jobs whose stated experience range reaches at least this many years (0-30). Checked on each job page; jobs that state no range are kept. maxExperienceintegerOnly jobs whose stated experience range starts at or below this many years (0-30). 1 or 2 is a good early-career filter. experienceYearsintegerInstahyre's own experience filter: only jobs open to a candidate with exactly this many years (the job's range must cover it). Applied by the site before anything is fetched, so it is the cheapest way to narrow a search; combine with minExperience/maxExperience for a band. postedWithinDaysintegerOnly jobs posted in the last N days (1-365). Instahyre keeps jobs open for months and its search has no date filter, so the Actor reads the posting date from each job page and leaves out older jobs without charging. In only-new mode the jobs that are left out are remembered too, so later runs do not re-check them. companySizesarrayOptional. Any of small (under 100 employees), medium (100-1,000) and large (over 1,000). Several values = any of them. Applied by the site. jobTypestringall (default), full-time or internship. Applied by the site. companiesarrayOptional. Only jobs posted by these companies, e.g. Amazon, Deutsche Telekom Digital Labs. Several names = any of them. Applied by the site; combine with an empty keyword list to watch everything a company posts. includeDescriptionbooleanOn (default): one extra request per job reads the public job page and adds the full description (HTML and plain text), posting date, experience range, employment type, job functions and the company website. The price per job is the same either way. Off: listing fields only (title, company profile, cities, skills, URL), about three times as fast, enough for counting jobs or sizing a market. maxJobsPerQueryintegerStop a keyword after this many new jobs (default 50). Cost: $0.0008 per job with its description, so 50 jobs = $0.04. Raise it for full exports: python alone matches about 4,300 open jobs and the site serves 35 per page. maxJobsintegerHard cap on saved jobs for the whole run across all keywords (0 = no cap). onlyNewSinceLastRunbooleanOn: deliver only jobs that an earlier run with the same stateName has not already delivered, and skip the rest without charging. Set maxJobsPerQuery high enough for the first run to take the whole result list (or add postedWithinDays), so later runs really return only new postings. Off (default): return every matching job. stateNamestringOptional name for this search's memory when onlyNewSinceLastRun is on, e.g. python-bangalore-daily. Leave empty to derive it from the keywords, cities and filters. Use a new name to start over. skipJobIdsarrayArray of job IDs you already have (the id field from earlier runs), e.g. ["424473", "441980"]. They are skipped before any page fetch and never charged. Large arrays are fine. Price $0.0008 per job ($0.80 per 1,000); $0.001 per run. List prices for Apify Free and Starter plans; Scale and Business plans pay 15% to 30% less. Actor Start$0.001Charged when the Actor starts running. Number of events charged depends on Actor memory (one event per GB, minimum one event). Worked example: the input above, capped at 50 jobs, costs at most $0.041. Apify's free plan includes $5 of usage a month, about 6,250 jobs; the Actor's own compute is included in the per-record price, and records skipped by filters, de-duplication or only-new mode are not charged. Is there an official Instahyre API? No public one. This Actor reads the JSON that the Instahyre website itself loads for its job search, plus the public job pages, and exposes them as a REST API with schedules, webhooks and only-new-jobs runs. Does it return the full job description? Yes, as HTML and plain text, plus the experience range, posting date, job functions, skills and the company profile with headcount, founding year and website. Why is the posting date old on many jobs? Instahyre keeps a job open until the employer closes it, so a feed without postedWithinDays includes jobs posted months ago. Use postedWithinDays for recent postings, or only-new mode, which after the first run delivers only jobs that are new on the site. Does it include salaries or applicant counts? No. Instahyre does not publish salary ranges or applicant counts on public job pages, and this Actor only reads public data. Why does a city return nothing? The site only accepts the location names it lists; the Actor maps the common alternative spellings and names any location it had to ignore in the status message. Use Bangalore, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad or Work From Home. Do I need a proxy or login? Is there an official Luma API? Luma has a paid API for calendar owners (their own events). This Actor reads the public JSON that the lu.ma website itself loads for discover, category, calendar and event pages, and exposes it as a REST API with schedules, webhooks and only-new runs. No login or API key is needed. Does it collect attendees or guest lists? No. The Actor never requests or outputs guest lists, guest names, e-mails or phone numbers, including the "N going" avatars shown on event pages. It outputs the hosts' and organiser calendar's public profile information exactly as the event page shows it (name, bio, profile URL, website and social handles). Why is the address missing on some events? Hosts can show the exact address only to registered guests. Luma then shows the city and neighbourhood, and so does the Actor: address and venue are null, addressHidden is true, and the coordinates are rounded to about 1 km. City, region and country are still filled in. Why does an online-only run of a city return nothing? Luma's city and category pages list events with a physical location near that city. Online events are found through organiser calendars (startUrls) and keyword searches with cities: [], and are marked format: "online". Which cities and categories exist? The 87 cities on lu.ma/discover (any lu.ma/ page; the Actor also resolves new cities live) and the 12 categories ai, tech, arts, climate, crypto, fitness, wellness, running, books, games, family, fooddrink. A city or category Luma does not know ends the run with Saved 0 events and the known examples in the status message. Can I scrape past events? Not in this version: Luma's public feeds list upcoming events. Open an issue if you need an organiser's past events. Does it work for luma.com links? Yes. lu.ma and luma.com are the same site; paste either form in startUrls. It is the only source of **actual registered prices** for Dubai; listing portals show asking prices. This guide explains what the register contains, how much data it produces and how to pull it as JSON. ## What a week of DLD data looks like (measured 11 to 18 October 2026) | Transaction group | Transactions per week | Notes | |---|---|---| | Sales | about 2,600 | 1,650 off-plan (developer pre-registrations), 950 ready properties | | Mortgages | about 1,300 | registrations and modifications, separated by the `procedure` field | | Gifts | about 160 | transfers between family members | | Land plots | about 220 of the sales | `propertyType: "land"` | | **Total** | **about 4,100** | a typical week is 3,000 to 6,000 | Roughly 2,500 of the 2,600 weekly sales are residential; the rest are commercial. ## Fields in each record Every record carries the transaction date (ISO), transaction number, `procedure` (for example `Sale`, `Delayed Sell`, `Sell - Pre registration`, mortgage registration or modification), transaction group, property type and sub-type, usage (residential or commercial), area, project and master project names, rooms, parking, actual area in square metres, value in AED and a precomputed `pricePerSqmAed`, plus boolean off-plan and freehold flags. Arabic names are available as an optional object. The register contains no owner names or contact details. ## Free portals versus the register as data Dubai Pulse (the government open-data portal) and DXB Interact (DLD's dashboard) let you look up transactions and download extracts by hand. They are the right tools for a one-off question. They are the wrong tools for a daily feed into a database, a valuation model that needs price per square metre by project, or an app that shows registered prices next to listings, because each extract is manual and the files need cleaning. The Daemon Data API reads the same DLD open-data service, pages through the whole date range 500 rows at a time and returns analysis-ready records. ## How to pull it One call returns last week's residential unit sales (about 2,500 rows, about $2.50): ```bash curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/data_daemon~dubai-property-transactions/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"daysBack": 7, "transactionGroup": "sales", "usage": "residential", "propertyType": "unit", "maxItems": 0}' ``` For a daily feed, save the input with `daysBack: 1` as a task and schedule it; the ready-made example page "Dubai DLD property transactions, last 24 hours, as JSON" returned 1,000 transactions in 6 seconds on 21 October 2026. For a date range use `fromDate` and `toDate` (`YYYY-MM-DD`). To filter by area, read the `area` and `project` fields of the output; the service's own area id filter returns no rows at present. ## What it costs $1 per 1,000 transactions, nothing else. A month of all sales (about 11,000 rows) costs about $11; a weekly residential feed about $2.50 a week; a daily feed of everything about $17 a month. Apify's free plan includes $5 of usage every month. ## Questions and answers **Is this official Dubai Land Department data?** Yes. The API reads the Dubai Land Department's own open-data transactions service, the same register that paid DLD data products resell. It is published by the department for reuse. **Are these asking prices or sold prices?** Registered transaction values, that is what buyers actually paid or what was registered for a mortgage or gift. Asking prices come from listing portals and are not in the register. **How do I tell an off-plan pre-registration from a completed sale?** Use the `procedure` field: `Sell - Pre registration` is a developer pre-registration, `Sale` and `Delayed Sell` are completed sales. The `offPlan` input filter and the boolean flag in each record do the same split. **Does the register include owner names?** No. The open-data service carries no personal data, and the API adds none. **How far back can I go?** Any date range the DLD service holds; the input accepts `fromDate` and `toDate`, or `daysBack` up to 365. --- # How to export every IIMJobs and Hirist job as a daily feed Source: https://datadmon.github.io/guides/iimjobs-hirist-full-board-job-feed/ Job aggregators, HR-tech products and hiring-market trackers usually need **all** of a job board, not the results of a few keywords. IIMJobs.com (MBA, finance, consulting, sales, HR and senior management roles in India) and Hirist.tech (India's tech-only board) have no public export. Since 26 October 2026 the **IIMJobs Jobs Scraper** and the **Hirist.tech Jobs Scraper** on Apify can deliver every listing a board shows in a date window, with the same fields as a keyword search. ## How much there is Measured on 26 October 2026 with the boards' own date filters: | Board | Jobs posted in the last 7 days | Last 30 days | |---|---:|---:| | IIMJobs | 1,199 (about 170 a day) | 4,602 | | Hirist | 959 (about 140 a day) | 4,448 | Weekends are quieter: on a Sunday IIMJobs showed 17 new listings. ## Step 1: run the full board once Open the [IIMJobs Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/data_daemon/iimjobs-jobs-scraper) (or the [Hirist.tech Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/data_daemon/hirist-jobs-scraper)), switch on **All jobs on the board** and run it with: ```json { "allJobs": true, "postedWithinDays": 3, "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true, "stateName": "iimjobs-full-board" } ``` The Actor ignores the keywords and walks every listing posted in the window, newest first. Each row has the job ID, title, company (with industry, size and AmbitionBox rating when available), locations, experience range, salary in LPA when disclosed, skills, applicant and view counts, posting time and the full job description. `locations`, the experience range and `maxJobs` still apply if you only want part of the board. Putting `*` in the keywords does the same as the switch. ## Step 2: schedule it daily Create a daily Apify schedule for the run (or a saved task with this input). Because of **only-new mode**, every later run returns only jobs the feed named by `stateName` has not delivered yet; repeats are skipped and not charged. We checked this on 26 October 2026: two back-to-back runs returned 15 and then 2 jobs, with no job delivered twice. The date window counts calendar days in India time. Three days is a safe window for a daily schedule: it covers weekends and a run that starts late, and only-new mode removes the overlap. ## Step 3: load it where you need it The dataset of each run is available as JSON, CSV or Excel through the Apify API, so a database loader, an n8n or Make workflow, or a Google Sheets import can pick it up. Key on `dedupKey` (for example `iimjobs:1741775`), which is stable across runs and boards. ## The same switch on Foundit and Instahyre The [Foundit Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/data_daemon/foundit-jobs-scraper) and the [Instahyre Jobs Scraper](https://apify.com/data_daemon/instahyre-jobs-scraper) have the same **All jobs on the board** option. foundit (formerly Monster India) is far busier: **2,815 jobs posted in the last day** on 26 October 2026, so its window defaults to one day. Instahyre had **12,724 open jobs** and no date filter on the site, so follow it with only-new mode alone: the first run exports the open jobs (about 80 minutes at roughly three jobs a second; it stops cleanly before the run timeout and the next run continues), and later runs return only jobs that are new to the feed. ## Costs and limits Each Actor charges per job saved, with the price shown on its Apify pricing tab; jobs skipped by only-new mode are free. A board-wide daily feed is roughly the number of new jobs per day from the table above. Set **Maximum cost per run** on the schedule if you want a hard ceiling; the run stops cleanly at that limit and says so. --- # How to get new IIMJobs postings in Google Sheets every morning Source: https://datadmon.github.io/guides/iimjobs-new-jobs-google-sheets/ Recruiters, career coaches and hiring-market analysts who follow **IIMJobs.com** usually want one thing: the jobs that appeared since yesterday, in a spreadsheet, without copying them by hand and without seeing the same posting twice. IIMJobs has no public API or export, so this guide sets up a daily feed with the **IIMJobs Jobs Scraper** on Apify and a free n8n workflow that writes the rows to Google Sheets and posts a summary to Slack. ## What you get in each row Every job comes back as one row with the job ID, title, company (name, industry, size and AmbitionBox rating when available), locations, experience range, salary in LPA when the recruiter discloses it, skills, applicant count, posting date, the public job URL and, if you switch it on, the full job description. Most IIMJobs recruiters hide pay, so a `salaryHidden` flag tells you which rows have none. Demand is large enough to make a feed worthwhile: a `product manager` search matched 4,097 open IIMJobs listings and `investment banking` 652 when we measured them between 18 and 21 October 2026. ## Step 1: run the Actor once with only-new mode Open the [IIMJobs Jobs Scraper on Apify](https://apify.com/data_daemon/iimjobs-jobs-scraper), click **Try for free** and paste this input: ```json { "queries": ["product manager", "investment banking"], "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true, "stateName": "my-daily-feed", "maxJobs": 100 } ``` `onlyNewSinceLastRun` makes the Actor remember which job IDs this feed (named by `stateName`) has already delivered. The next run returns only jobs it has not sent before, and **skipped repeats are not charged**. We checked this on 23 October 2026: two back-to-back runs with the same feed name returned six different jobs and no repeats. ## Step 2: schedule it In Apify Console open **Schedules**, create a daily schedule (for example 08:00 in Asia/Kolkata) and add the Actor run or a saved task with the input above. Each morning the dataset of that run contains only the new postings. ## Step 3: send the rows to Google Sheets and Slack with n8n If you use [n8n](https://n8n.io), import the ready workflow [iimjobs-new-jobs-to-google-sheets-and-slack.json](https://github.com/datadmon/apify-data-actors-examples/blob/main/n8n/iimjobs-new-jobs-to-google-sheets-and-slack.json). It runs at 08:00, calls the Actor through the Apify API with only-new mode, **upserts** each job into a `Jobs` tab (matched on `id`, so re-runs never duplicate rows) and posts the count and the first five jobs to a Slack channel. Setup: 1. Create an n8n *Header Auth* credential named `Authorization` with the value `Bearer YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN` (Apify Console → Settings → API & Integrations). 2. Connect Google Sheets and paste your sheet URL. Add a `Jobs` tab with the header row `id, title, company, locations, experience, salaryLpa, skills, applicants, postedAt, url`. 3. Connect Slack, pick a channel, edit the `queries` and activate the workflow. The request URL already carries `maxTotalChargeUsd=0.5`, a hard cost cap per run. Prefer code? The same feed is a few lines of Python with the official `apify-client` package; a complete example is in the [examples repository](https://github.com/datadmon/apify-data-actors-examples/tree/main/examples/only-new-jobs). ## Tips - **One feed per question.** Use a separate `stateName` for each search you track, for example `pm-mumbai` and `ib-all-india`. Changing the queries under the same name mixes their memory. - **Narrow the first run.** The first run delivers a capped baseline of open jobs; later runs add only the new ones. Add `"postedWithinDays": 1` if you never want older postings. - **Tech roles instead?** Point the same workflow at `data_daemon~hirist-jobs-scraper`; the input and output fields are the same. - **Cost.** Both Actors are pay-per-result with a free trial; the current price is on each Apify page. ## FAQ **Is there an official IIMJobs API?** No public one. The Actor reads the job data the IIMJobs website itself loads, needs no login, cookies or proxy, and returns it as JSON, CSV, Excel or rows in your sheet. **Does it collect recruiter contact details?** No. Recruiter names and phone numbers are left out on purpose; the recruiter's designation is kept only where IIMJobs shows it to every visitor. **Can I get alerts in Microsoft Teams or email instead of Slack?** Yes: replace the Slack node in n8n with a Teams or Gmail node. Make and Zapier can call the same Apify Actor as well. --- # India IPO GMP and subscription data as JSON: what the numbers mean and how to get them Source: https://datadmon.github.io/guides/india-ipo-gmp-subscription-data-json/ Indian IPO coverage runs on two numbers that no exchange publishes: the **grey market premium (GMP)**, the unofficial price at which IPO shares change hands before listing, and the **subscription multiple**, how many times each investor category has bid for the shares on offer. Both are published by independent IPO sites and change many times a day while an issue is open. This guide explains what the figures mean, where they come from and how to pull them, together with the IPO calendar and listing results, as structured JSON. ## The figures, explained - **GMP (grey market premium)**: the premium in rupees over the issue price that grey-market traders quote for the shares before listing, also expressed as a percentage. It is an unofficial indicator of listing-day sentiment, not an exchange figure and not investment advice. The report also carries the estimated listing price and the IPO's status (upcoming, open, closing today, closed, listing today, listed above or below the issue price). - **Subscription**: the number of times the shares reserved for each category were bid for, as published by BSE and NSE: QIB (qualified institutional buyers), NII split into small and big non-institutional investors, retail, employee and shareholder quotas, and the total, plus application counts. - **Calendar**: open, close, allotment, refund and listing dates for every upcoming issue, day by day, with exchange holidays marked. - **Listing performance and GMP performance**: issue price versus listing-day open and close and the current price, and the last GMP before listing versus the actual listing price, which is the data for "how accurate was the GMP". - **IPO list and details**: every mainboard and SME IPO of the year with issue size, fresh and offer-for-sale split, lead manager, ISIN, BSE scrip code and NSE symbol, and an optional full detail page per IPO (reservation, anchor investors, financials, valuation, objects of the issue). ## Volumes (measured 18 October 2026) A live GMP report has about 30 to 50 rows (every upcoming, open and recently listed IPO), the calendar about 30, and the year-to-date subscription, IPO-list, current-IPO and listing-performance reports about 280 to 300 rows each. GMP moves most during bidding hours (9:00 to 15:30 IST) and is worth polling every 30 minutes then; the calendar changes daily. ## How to pull it ```bash curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/data_daemon~india-ipo-tracker/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"reports": ["gmp", "subscription"], "category": "all"}' ``` Every record carries the same stable `slug` (for example `paras-healthcare-ipo`), so GMP, subscription, calendar and listing rows join without fuzzy name matching; subscription, list and listing rows also carry ISIN and exchange symbols for joining to a security master. The `category` filter restricts to mainboard or SME issues. Runs finish in under 30 seconds. ## What it costs $3 per 1,000 report rows and $15 per 1,000 IPO detail pages. The default run (live GMP plus calendar, about 80 rows) costs about $0.25; a full year-to-date snapshot with subscription and current IPOs about $2; a broker app polling GMP every 30 minutes during bidding hours about $2 per trading day. ## Questions and answers **What is the grey market premium of an IPO?** The unofficial premium over the issue price at which IPO shares are traded before listing, quoted by grey-market dealers and published by IPO tracking sites. A GMP of ₹60 on a ₹300 issue price means dealers expect a listing near ₹360 (20%). It is sentiment, not a guarantee, and the GMP-performance report shows how often it was right. **Where does the subscription data come from?** From the bid data BSE and NSE publish while an issue is open, as compiled by the IPO report sites the API reads. The API returns QIB, sNII, bNII, NII, retail, employee, shareholder and total multiples plus application counts. **Does it cover SME IPOs?** Yes, mainboard and SME issues on both exchanges, with a `category` filter for either. **Is there an official API for GMP?** No. Exchanges do not publish grey-market data. Official broker APIs (for example Upstox's) publish the IPO calendar and some subscription figures, but not GMP; this API joins GMP and subscription in one feed with a common key. **Is this investment advice?** No. GMP is an unofficial indicator; the data is provided for information and research. --- # India job board data compared: IIMJobs, Hirist, Foundit and Instahyre as APIs Source: https://datadmon.github.io/guides/india-job-boards-data-compared/ India has no single job board. Recruiters post management roles on IIMJobs, software roles on Hirist, mass-market and syndicated roles on foundit (formerly Monster India) and product-company tech roles on Instahyre, and none of the four offers a public API. This guide compares the four boards as **data sources**: what each one covers, which fields it exposes, how fresh the postings are and what it costs to pull them through the Daemon Data APIs on Apify. All counts were measured on 18 to 21 October 2026 with the APIs themselves. ## Coverage, measured | Board | What it lists | Size signal (Oct 2026) | Best for | |---|---|---|---| | **IIMJobs** | Management, consulting, finance, CA/CFA, sales, marketing, HR and MBA-track roles, 2 to 25 years of experience | `product manager` matched 4,097 open listings; `investment banking` 652 | Senior and mid-management hiring, salary benchmarks, who-is-hiring signals | | **Hirist** | Software, data, DevOps and product-tech roles at IT companies and startups | `data engineer` 3,420 open jobs (239 posted in the last 7 days); `python developer` 1,884 | Tech recruiting, skills demand, tech salary bands | | **foundit** | Every function and level: IT, sales, BPO, nursing, accounting, operations, freshers; many postings syndicated from employers' career sites | about 223,000 open listings and 2,900 new postings a day; `data analyst` 1,192 | Volume, freshers, non-tech roles, employer apply links | | **Instahyre** | Engineering, data, product and design roles at Indian product companies and startups, curated by the platform | 12,743 open jobs: 6,764 in Bangalore, 1,700 Gurgaon, 1,228 Hyderabad, 1,095 work from home; `python` 4,300 | Startup hiring signals, company-size filters, remote tech roles | ## Fields: what each board gives you | Field | IIMJobs | Hirist | foundit | Instahyre | |---|---|---|---|---| | Full job description (HTML and text) | yes | yes | yes | yes | | Salary band | when the recruiter discloses it (INR LPA) | when disclosed | when disclosed; `salaryHidden` flag | not published by the site | | Applicant and view counts | yes | yes | yes | not published | | Experience range | yes | yes | yes | yes (from the job page) | | Company profile | AmbitionBox profile when one exists | AmbitionBox profile | name, logo, employer vs staffing agency, GPTW flag | name, tagline, founding year, headcount, size band, website, logo | | Skills tags | yes | yes | yes, with the site's normalised IT-skill tags | yes | | Recruiter contact | not output (privacy) | not output | not output | not output | | Posting date | exact timestamp | exact timestamp | exact timestamp; reposts refresh it | day precision; jobs stay open for months | | Apply link | board page | board page | employer's own site for syndicated jobs | board page | ## Freshness and feeds IIMJobs, Hirist and foundit let the API ask the site for postings from the last N days, so a daily feed is cheap: a `postedWithinDays: 1` run only touches new jobs. Instahyre's search has no date filter, so the API reads the posting date from each job page; in practice you run it in **only-new mode**, where the API remembers the job ids it has already delivered (in a key-value store in your own Apify account) and later runs return only what is new on the site. All four APIs share that only-new mode, the `skipJobIds` field and the same `queries` / `locations` input, so one pipeline can read all four boards. ### Start an IIMJobs feed with a total cap Use a distinct `stateName` for each saved search. This input delivers at most 50 jobs across all keywords, including the first run: ```json { "queries": ["product manager"], "postedWithinDays": 3, "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true, "stateName": "product-manager-daily", "maxJobsPerQuery": 50, "maxJobs": 50 } ``` At the FREE-tier list price, a 50-job run with descriptions costs at most $0.20 through 1 November 2026, then $0.101 including the start fee from 2 November. Later runs skip jobs already delivered; they may still return unseen jobs from the three-day window that exceeded a previous run's cap. A quiet search can return zero rows successfully. **Verified 22 October 2026:** two consecutive runs on IIMJobs build 0.2.11, using this input shape with both caps reduced to 3, returned six distinct jobs. The second run reported three previously delivered jobs skipped. This verifies de-duplication, not a promise of three new postings between calls. For code, use the [Python and Node only-new-jobs examples](https://github.com/datadmon/apify-data-actors-examples/tree/main/examples/only-new-jobs) or the [n8n workflow for Google Sheets and Slack](https://github.com/datadmon/apify-data-actors-examples/blob/main/n8n/iimjobs-new-jobs-to-google-sheets-and-slack.json). For Console setup, save the input as a task and choose your timezone explicitly when adding a schedule. ## Price per 1,000 jobs (FREE-plan list prices, October 2026) | Board | Price | |---|---| | IIMJobs | $2 per 1,000 jobs plus $2 per 1,000 descriptions until 1 November 2026; from 2 November 2026 $2 per 1,000 jobs with the description included, plus $0.001 per run | | Hirist | same as IIMJobs | | foundit | $0.80 per 1,000 jobs, description included, plus $0.001 per run | | Instahyre | $0.80 per 1,000 jobs, description included, plus $0.001 per run | A 50-job daily feed therefore costs between about $1.25 and $6 a month depending on the board. Jobs skipped by only-new mode or by your filters are never charged. ## Which board for which question - **"Which companies are hiring finance or product leaders in India this week?"** IIMJobs; filter on experience and read the applicant counts to see which mandates are crowded. - **"What skills do Indian tech employers ask for, and what do they pay?"** Hirist, which carries disclosed salary bands and skill tags on most rows; add Instahyre for startup roles with company headcount. - **"Fresher or non-tech roles, or the largest possible volume."** foundit, with its 2,900 new postings a day and fresher filters by experience band. - **"Startups and product companies hiring engineers, by company size or remote."** Instahyre, the only board here that publishes employer headcount and founding year and lets you filter by company size. ## Questions and answers **Is there an official API for IIMJobs, Hirist, foundit or Instahyre?** No. None of the four publishes a public API. The Daemon Data APIs read the JSON endpoints and public pages the boards' own websites load, and expose them as Apify Actors with schedules, webhooks and only-new runs. **Can I get the same fields from all four boards in one pipeline?** Mostly. All four return `id`, `title`, `company.name`, `locations`, `skills`, `postedAt`, `url` and a `description`, and accept the same `queries`, `locations`, `onlyNewSinceLastRun` and `skipJobIds` input. Salary and applicant counts exist on IIMJobs, Hirist and foundit but not on Instahyre; company headcount exists on Instahyre and on Hirist/IIMJobs through AmbitionBox. **How fresh is the data?** As fresh as the run: each run reads the live site. The job-board APIs finish a 50-job run in well under a minute. IIMJobs, Hirist and foundit filter by posting date on the server; Instahyre needs only-new mode or a per-job date check. **Why are recruiter names missing?** The APIs leave out recruiter names and phone numbers on purpose, even where a board exposes them, and keep the recruiter's designation only where the board shows it to every visitor. --- # Oracle Recruiting Cloud career sites: how to export every job of an employer as JSON Source: https://datadmon.github.io/guides/oracle-recruiting-cloud-career-sites-export/ Thousands of large employers run their careers page on **Oracle Recruiting Cloud**, part of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM: banks, hotel groups, hospitals, universities, manufacturers and governments. Oracle describes the product as helping "organizations enhance the candidate experience, grow talent pools, drive internal mobility, and streamline the hiring process" and lets them "create branded career sites and tailored content for candidates" ([oracle.com](https://www.oracle.com/human-capital-management/recruiting/), accessed 21 October 2026); those branded career sites are the pages this guide is about. These jobs are often posted nowhere else, so job boards, aggregators, talent-intelligence teams and B2B sales teams tracking hiring signals need to read the career sites directly. This guide explains how to recognise such a site, what it exposes and how to export it. ## How to recognise an Oracle Recruiting Cloud career site The URL contains `oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience`, for example `https://jpmc.fa.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1001`. The first part is the employer's tenant, the `sites/CX...` part is the career site number (an employer may run several, for example one per region or one for internal candidates). Every such site is backed by the same JSON endpoints, which is why one API can read any of them. ## Sizes (verified 18 October 2026) | Employer | Career site | Open jobs | |---|---|---| | Kotak Mahindra Bank | `hcbt.fa.em2.oraclecloud.com/.../sites/CX` | 16,521 | | Marriott International | `ejwl.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/.../sites/CX` | 13,286 | | JPMorgan Chase | `jpmc.fa.oraclecloud.com/.../sites/CX_1001` | 7,262 | | EXL Service | `fa-ewjt-saasfaprod1.fa.ocs.oraclecloud.com/.../sites/CX_2` | 2,841 | | Oracle | `eeho.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/.../sites/CX_45001` | 2,372 | | DTCC | `ebxr.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/.../sites/CX_1` | 452 | ## What each job record contains Requisition id (stable across runs), title, posting date, locations, job family and function, workplace type where the employer tags it (remote, hybrid, on-site), the direct apply URL, and with details on: the full description, qualifications, responsibilities, skills and the employer's custom fields. Posting-date filters use Oracle's own two buckets (last 7 days, last 30 days). Keyword and location filters behave like the career site's own search box. ## How to export Paste any URL from the site, even a single job's URL or just the host name; the API works out the tenant and the employer's active site, and lists the sites that exist if the number is wrong. ```bash curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/data_daemon~oracle-hcm-jobs-scraper/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"careerSiteUrls": ["https://jpmc.fa.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1001"], "location": "India", "postedWithinDays": 7, "includeDetails": true, "maxJobsPerSite": 200}' ``` Several employers go in one list; the ready-made example "Jobs from several Oracle Recruiting Cloud career sites" reads Oracle's and Marriott's sites in one run (80 jobs found in 15 seconds on 21 October 2026). For a daily hiring-signal feed, switch on `onlyNewSinceLastRun`: the API remembers delivered requisition ids per search and later runs return only new postings, without charging for the rest. ## What it costs $2 per 1,000 jobs plus $2 per 1,000 full detail records, so a 500-job site with details costs $2. Apify's free plan ($5 a month) covers about 1,250 jobs with details. From 2 November 2026 the listing moves to $2 per 1,000 jobs with the details included plus $0.001 per run. ## Questions and answers **Does this work for Taleo, Workday, Greenhouse or SuccessFactors sites?** No. It reads Oracle Recruiting Cloud sites only (`oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience`). Oracle Taleo is a different product with different pages. **Can I get only new requisitions every morning?** Yes. Save the input as a task with `onlyNewSinceLastRun: true`, schedule it daily, and connect the task to Slack, Google Sheets or a webhook. Skipped jobs are not charged. **How do I find the right site number?** Paste any URL from the employer's careers page. If it has no site number, the API picks the employer's active public site; if the number is retired, the run log lists the sites on that tenant. **Does it include the employer's internal-only jobs?** No. It returns what the public career site shows to any visitor. --- # UK winding-up petitions and insolvency notices as a daily JSON feed from The Gazette Source: https://datadmon.github.io/guides/uk-winding-up-petitions-daily-feed/ Every UK winding-up petition, winding-up order, administration appointment, liquidation and creditors' meeting must be advertised in The Gazette, usually before the court hearing and weeks before Companies House records the change. That makes the Gazette notice feed the earliest structured signal that a company is in trouble, which is why insolvency practitioners, credit-risk and trade-credit teams, lenders and asset buyers read it daily. This guide explains the volumes, the notice-type codes and how to turn the feed into JSON. ## Volumes (measured for the week of 11 to 17 October 2026) | Notice type | Gazette code | Per week | |---|---|---| | Petitions to wind up a company | 2450 | about 140 (138 that week) | | Appointment of administrators | 2410 | about 40 (43 that week) | | Appointment of liquidators | 2432, 2443 | tens | | Winding-up orders | 2452 | tens | | Meetings of creditors, notices to creditors | 2442, 2433 | tens | HMRC is the petitioner in about half of all winding-up petitions (56% of the 620 published in the 30 days to 17 October 2026). Other codes: 2451 petitions against partnerships, 2441 resolutions for winding up, 2503 bankruptcy orders; category `G205000000` is corporate insolvency and `G206000000` personal insolvency. ## What each record contains The notice itself (title, type, publication date, court, case number, hearing details, petitioner, practitioner firm, notice text and URL) and, with `includeLinkedData` on, the structured record behind it: **company name and number** for joining to Companies House, registered office and trading address, postcode, nature of business and the people and firms named. The Gazette's own data page states that its content, "unless stated otherwise, is Crown Copyright and is therefore free for you to use under the Open Government Licence. However, please note that this licence does not cover the re-use of personal data" ([thegazette.co.uk/data](https://www.thegazette.co.uk/data), accessed 21 October 2026). Its terms add: "All content is available under the Open Government Licence v3.0, except where otherwise stated" ([terms and conditions](https://www.thegazette.co.uk/terms-and-conditions)). Company-level data can therefore be reused with attribution; personal-insolvency notices carry personal data and need separate care. ## How to run a daily feed ```bash curl -X POST "https://api.apify.com/v2/acts/data_daemon~uk-gazette-insolvency-notices/run-sync-get-dataset-items?token=YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"service": "insolvency", "noticeTypes": ["2450", "2410"], "publishedWithinDays": 1, "onlyNewSinceLastRun": true, "includeLinkedData": true, "maxItems": 300}' ``` `publishedWithinDays: 1` is a rolling window counted from today; `onlyNewSinceLastRun` makes the API remember the notice ids it has delivered (for 180 days, in a key-value store in your own Apify account) so a daily schedule returns each notice once and never charges for the rest. Add `text: "Revenue and Customs"` for HMRC petitions only, a town name for a region, or a practitioner firm. The ready-made example "UK corporate insolvency notices, last 48 hours" returned 100 notices with 98 structured records in seconds on 21 October 2026. ## What it costs $2 per 1,000 notices plus $3 per 1,000 linked-data records, so $5 per 1,000 notices with full structure. A daily petitions feed (about 140 a week) costs about $3 a month; petitions plus administrations plus liquidations about $5 a month; a one-year back-fill of petitions (about 7,000) about $35. ## Questions and answers **Why read The Gazette instead of Companies House?** Timing. A winding-up petition is advertised in The Gazette before the hearing; Companies House usually shows the change weeks later, after the order. For early warning the Gazette is the source. **Which notice codes should a credit team watch?** 2450 (petitions to wind up companies) for the earliest signal, 2410 (administrators appointed) and 2432/2443 (liquidators appointed) for confirmed insolvency, 2452 (winding-up orders) for the court outcome. **Can I filter to one region or one petitioner?** Yes. Use the `text` field for a town, a company name, a practitioner firm or `Revenue and Customs`; then filter the output on postcode or address for finer regions. **Is the data free to reuse?** Gazette notices are Crown copyright under the Open Government Licence v3.0; reuse company-level data with attribution and handle the personal data in personal-insolvency notices under data-protection law.
